D11003  Introduction to Anglican Worship

This unit will:

1. provide a critical introduction to the main rites and traditions of Anglican worship found in current practice;
2. examine these rites and traditions within the wider context of the history of Christian worship and of the Church of England;
3. examine practical and theological issues concerning the practice of worship within the mission and ministry of the Church of England today.
