The Trinity term finished on Monday with a carol service on the theme 'resounding joy': as Christians we can be joyful about what Jesus Christ has done for us, in spite of troubles in the world and in our personal lives.
A small orchestra, directed by first-year student Richard Clarkson, accompanied the carols and the choir sang several pieces including one written by the choir director, John Corrie, Tutor in Mission.
The previous week Christmas was celebrated in a more informal style with a 'Back to the 80s' disco. The Trinity College Day Nursery held their carol service today.
The final week of term was in the form of an Integrated Learning Week on the Holy Spirit. We start again on 9 January 2012 with a Plenary Week on Evangelism for all students.
May you have a joyful Christmas!
