About us: We meet in relaxed surroundings at the tutor's house in Hertford. The meetings take place once a fortnight, usually on a Wednesday after lunch, and last about two hours. This however is flexible. This year has seen a new group of students beginning the course; the previous group completed seven courses and have gone on to various ways of serving Christ.
Each week we begin with coffee and chat about how the students have got on with the week. It is also a time to form trusting and supportive relationships - very important. We then move on to Assignments and/or Test followed by discussion about the course work, often diverse and thought provoking. Our session ends with reminders for the following week and a quiet time of prayer and reflection. An important part of the course is the home-study and reading.
Newcomers are welcomed and also anyone wanting to sit in on a session to get a feeling for the course.
