Faith-based faculty
Some of our staff have joined us on a ‘faith basis', trusting God to meet their needs through the prayer and support of those who are willing to partner them in their calling. Many Christian workers in missions and similar Christian organizations are supported in this way. It has enabled us to appoint strategic staff for whom we would otherwise not have the funding.
We hope that some of you would like to join us in supporting these staff members.
Revd Sonja Arnold
Sonja is responsible for Context-based Training, training for pioneer ministries, and college missions. Until recently she was on the team of a 'fresh expression of church' in Bristol (which was also a faith-based ministry) and before that associate vicar in central London. She has a background in working with the homeless.
